Live Zoom sessions
What are Live Zoom sessions?
Live Zoom training gives your staff interactive, trainer-led classroom experience without needing to travel. Sessions are delivered online by experienced trainers and are available on scheduled dates most weeks.
For mandatory training, related subjects are grouped into 3-hour modules to keep training efficient and cost-effective. Learners can complete the modules in any order, either in one week or spread across multiple weeks to suit your staff rota.

E-learning
What is e-learning?
Our e-learning gives staff instant access to mandatory care training they can complete any time, at their own pace. Courses are created in-house by Total Training and presented in our practical, trainer-led style, with videos, assessments and downloadable certificates.
E-learning is ideal for flexible training around shifts, quick refreshers and organisations that want staff to complete training without waiting for a scheduled session.

Care Certificate induction
What is Care Certificate induction and mandatory training?
The Care Certificate is a one-off induction requirement for new care staff. Our Care Certificate Programme covers all 16 Care Certificate standards plus all of our 20 mandatory subjects, completing all of their training in the quickest and most efficient way.
The programme is delivered by Live Zoom over eight modules. Learners complete workbook evidence throughout the programme, with a manager section to support employer sign-off.

How do I book training?
Choose the training you need, select your member of staff and complete your booking online. Learners receive their session details or e-learning access by email and simply click to join.
Managers can track bookings, progress, certificates and renewal dates from their manager dashboard.
