How learner places work
Sensible terms, with rollover
Each subscription includes access for the number of individual learners selected. Once a learner starts training, that learner place is assigned to them and cannot be transferred to another person. Unused learner places can roll over into the following year.
Learning access lasts for 12 months from when the learner starts their first course.
Live Zoom training is booked onto scheduled sessions. Learners can complete sessions in any order — over multiple weeks to fit around rotas, or all in the same week for fastest turnaround. Zoom bookings can be changed free of charge up until the session begins.
